Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified anesthesiologist for hospital-based coverage with 8-hour day shifts and scheduled call. The position involves working with adults and healthy pediatric patients, providing all blocks, spinals, and labor epidurals for obstetrics.

Responsibilities

• Perform regional anesthesia, including upper and lower extremity blocks
• Administer spinals and labor epidurals for obstetrics
• Cover general, orthopedic, ENT, robotics, GYN, urology, pediatric dental, ophthalmology, and endoscopy cases
• Provide anesthesia for OB cases (cannot be isolated from OB duties)

Requirements

• Strong regional anesthesia skills
• Exclusion from cardiac, thoracic, sick pediatrics, and head cases
