Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist

About the role

Seeking a qualified anesthesia provider for a locum tenens role with support from experienced consultants. Perform general anesthesia with OB, including TOLAC, and provide healthy pediatric anesthesia (2+ years). Conscious sedation experience required; no cardiac or neurosurgery anesthesia needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in a busy clinical setting
• Ensure patient safety and maintain high-quality care
• Manage 30-50 cases daily across the department
• Participate in weekday hours and 1:4 weeknight and weekend call shifts
• Cover holiday periods as needed

Requirements

• Relevant Anesthesia Certification
• 2+ years of pediatric anesthesia experience
• Proficiency in general anesthesia and OB procedures
• Conscious sedation experience
