About the role

This role involves providing medical coverage at a Level 1 trauma center with a diverse caseload including general surgery, OB, ortho, endo, ENT, GYN, IR, total joints, plastics, podiatry, spine, and urology.

Responsibilities

• Managing trauma cases
• Participating in a call schedule that requires night and weekend coverage
• Managing assignment details via an online portal
• Maintaining 24‑hour access to a dedicated healthcare consultant

Qualifications

• Trauma center experience, particularly Level 1 trauma
• Ability to handle a wide range of surgical and medical cases
• Adaptable, experienced in trauma care, and committed to providing high‑quality coverage in a hospital setting
