Licensing Requirements

MN or Licensure in Minnesota or Iowa required.

Schedule

Monday through Friday from 8a-5p with no holidays or call expectation.

Support Staff

One Registered Nurse (RN) and one Medical Assistant (MAC) are provided.

Credentialing Timeframe/Options

Credentialing will take 45 days.
