About the role
We are seeking a locum tenens rheumatologist for outpatient care with a flexible schedule within standard business hours.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake appointments lasting 30-45 minutes and follow-ups of 15-30 minutes
- Manage a broad rheumatology case mix, including lupus, vasculitis, and scleroderma
- Primarily care for adult (80%) and pediatric (20%) patients
- Document patient information in an online portal
- Maintain communication with a dedicated healthcare consultant
