Pay

$3,000–$3,200 per day.

Schedule

  • 13-week assignment starting 08-24-26.
  • Standard 5-day, 8-hour shifts (08:00–17:00).
  • Scheduled coverage; no call required.

About the Facility

Acute-care hospital.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret diagnostic imaging studies (X-rays, CT, MRI, ultrasound).
  • Provide accurate, timely radiology reports to referring physicians.
  • Collaborate with clinicians to diagnose and manage patient conditions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and patient-care rounds as required.
  • Adhere to quality-assurance and safety protocols.
  • Perform interventional radiology procedures when expertise and facility requirements align.
  • Provide on-call coverage as needed.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency in diagnostic radiology.
  • Fellowship training in a radiology subspecialty (optional, position-dependent).
  • Board certification in radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or AOA.
  • Active, unrestricted Ohio medical license.
  • Subspecialty certifications (e.g., neuroradiology, interventional radiology) may be required or preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in the relevant subspecialty (preferred).

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of radiology and imaging modalities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex imaging interpretation.
  • Effective communication with clinicians and clear reporting.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency with radiology information systems (RIS) and PACS.
