About the role
Seeking a qualified Radiology MD with general and other radiology experience for a locum tenens role in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities
- Perform remote radiology reads via telehealth, including CT, MR, US, XR, and BD modalities.
- Provide general radiology interpretations, with preferred experience in cardiac and neuro imaging.
- Cover weekday evening shifts (PM to AM) and a minimum of two weekend shifts per month, each lasting four hours.
- Maintain a minimum productivity of 7–8 RVU/hr.
- Obtain hospital privileges and adhere to credentialing requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications and Skills
- Doctor of Medicine degree with radiology specialization.
- Hospital privileges required.
- Experience with modalities such as CT, MR, US, XR, and BD.
- Preferred experience in cardiac and neuro imaging.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
