Locum Provider - Family Practice

About the role

We are seeking a 1099 or temporary W-2 provider to join One Community Health (OCH) in White Salmon, WA. The position is limited in duration from July 2026 to December 2026 with the possibility of extension. Candidates must be licensed MDs, DOs, FNPs, or PAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine services
• Work in a collaborative environment alongside experienced clinicians

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school with current Board Certification
• Current Oregon MD, DO, NP, or PA license
• DEA licensure in good standing
• 2 years' experience in Primary Care
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
• Experience with Epic EMR (preferred)

Pay

Salaried/Exempt: $130,000-$200,000 annually, depending on experience/license. Bilingual Differential: $0.75 per hour for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
