About the role
Opportunity for a locum tenens Urologist in Hancock, MI.
Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm — 9hr shifts, no call required
- 2 week on / 2 week off rotation — 1 year or longer commitment
- 4 clinic days and 1 OR day per week
- 20 patients per shift
- Both inpatient and outpatient coverage required
- Laparoscopic surgeries, ureteroscopy, and renal/bladder ultrasound required
- Robotic surgery and pediatric urology experience preferred
- Adult population required — pediatric population preferred
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible Urologist
- Michigan medical license
- Current DEA number
Qualifications
- Experience with both inpatient and outpatient care
- Experience with laparoscopic surgeries, ureteroscopy, and renal/bladder ultrasound
- Experience with robotic surgery and pediatric urology preferred
- Experience with adult patients, with preference for pediatric patients
