Locum | Physician Urology

About the role

Some locum assignments can be as short as a day, others span years. Some are far from home, while others are local. This opportunity offers weekday clinic hours from 8 am to 5 pm, plus night call and 24-hour weekend call. Coverage is needed for 1–2 weeks per month, with a patient load of 15–20 per day.

General adult urology is the focus, with requirements for endoscopy and surgery coverage. Responsibilities include performing cystoscopy in the endo suite and biopsies in the clinic. Hospital privileges are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general adult urology care, including endoscopy and surgery
• Perform cystoscopy in the endo suite and biopsies in the clinic
• Manage 15–20 patients per day
• Cover 1–2 weeks per month, including night call and 24-hour weekend call
