About the role

Trauma and emergency general surgery — rounding and admissions
Critical care patients included in caseload
12 – 20 patients per day — adult population
No call requirement
Some assignments can be as short as a day, others can last years
Assignments can be both local and far from home

Responsibilities

• Trauma and emergency general surgery — rounding and admissions
• Critical care patients included in caseload
• ATLS and ACLS certification required
• Case list of 100+ critical care patients within 24 months required

Requirements

• 1.0 FTE, Day shifts 7am – 5pm; night shifts 5pm – 7am
• No call requirement
• ATLS and ACLS certification required
• Case list of 100+ critical care patients within 24 months required

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in General Surgery
