About the role

This is a locum tenens radiology position providing vacation coverage for an onsite radiologist at a small rural hospital. The facility handles approximately 7,000 cases per year. The role requires a drive from the regional airport due to the rural setting. Responsibilities

• Provide general radiology coverage including CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography (3D tomosynthesis), and nuclear medicine
• Interpret stroke/neuro imaging studies
• Perform light interventional radiology procedures (not required)

Requirements

• Proficiency in general radiology, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography (3D tomosynthesis), and nuclear medicine
• Some stroke/neuro imaging experience
• Light IR experience preferred but not required
• Ability to travel to a rural location (drive required from regional airport)
