Locum | Physician Radiation Oncology

About the role

Monday-Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm weekly
35-50 patients on treatment daily
Outpatient clinic with some inpatient consults
EMR: EPIC
Required: 3D treatment, IMRT, SBRT/SRS treatments
100% adult patient population

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 35-50 patients daily
• Treat patients using 3D treatment, IMRT, and SBRT/SRS techniques
• Work in an outpatient clinic setting with occasional inpatient consults
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system
• Treat a 100% adult patient population

Requirements

• Must have completed residency in Radiation Oncology
• Must be board certified or board eligible in Radiation Oncology

Qualifications

• Experience with 3D treatment, IMRT, and SBRT/SRS techniques is required
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential for working with patients and colleagues

Skills

• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
