About the role

A Pulmonologist is wanted for locum tenens help in Longview, TX.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient and ICU rounding
• Critical care required — cardiac, respiratory, sepsis, trauma, burn
• Average 15 patients per shift
• Average 3 admissions per 24-hour period
• 7 am – 7 pm in-house; 7 pm – 7 am on-call (30 min response time)
• Ongoing coverage potential

Requirements

• Critical care required — cardiac, respiratory, sepsis, trauma, burn
• License to practice medicine in Texas
• Board certified or board eligible in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine
