Schedule

• 8 am – 5 pm, no call required
• 7 hours of direct patient contact per day

Responsibilities

• Outpatient neurorehab clinic with inpatient rehab unit follow-ups
• Botox injections for spasticity management (required)
• TBI patient management (required)
• Patient population: ages 16 to geriatric

Requirements

• Experience with Botox injections for spasticity management
• TBI patient management experience

Qualifications

• CARF accredited inpatient rehab unit affiliation
• EMR: Epic
