About the role
As a primary care physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients in a variety of settings. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat illnesses, manage chronic conditions, and provide preventive care.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
- Provide preventive care services such as screenings and vaccinations
- Document patient encounters and treatments in electronic health records
Requirements
- Current medical license in good standing
- At least 3 years of experience in primary care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board certification in Family Medicine or an equivalent specialty
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams
- Strong clinical skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
