About the role
An Obstetrics Gynecologist is wanted for locum tenens help in Chinle, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with 1 unpaid lunch hour
- 12 - 16 patients per day
- 1:5 call schedule shared with midwives
- Full-scope OB focus including high-risk and complicated cases
- GYN procedures including laparoscopy and colposcopy
- 1 day weekly hospital rounding as MOD
Requirements
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- Outpatient and inpatient care
Qualifications
- Full-scope OB/GYN license
- Experience with high-risk and complicated cases
- Experience with GYN procedures including laparoscopy and colposcopy
- Experience with hospital rounding as MOD
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
