About the role
A TN Facility is seeking a Locum Tenens Medical Oncologist to provide inpatient coverage in a medical oncology setting. The position offers Monday through Sunday coverage on a 7 on / 7 off schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical oncology care to patients in an inpatient setting
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Document patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Hospital privileges required
- Board certification or eligibility required
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Current license to practice medicine in Tennessee
- Experience in medical oncology preferred
