Locum | Physician Medical Oncology

About the role

A locum tenens opportunity is available for a Medical Oncologist in Lumberton, NC. The position offers a full-time schedule with part-time options considered, seeing 15 - 16 patients per day. New patients are seen in 45 - 60 minutes, returning patients in 30 minutes, and benign cases in 20 minutes. There is an additional unscheduled hour daily for patient support or charting. Hospital privileges are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board-certified or board-eligible in medical oncology
• Experience in outpatient oncology practice
• Excellent communication skills
