Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7 am – 7 pm hospital coverage
• Friday–Sunday: call
• Weekend call: Friday 7 am – Monday 7 am (low call-back percentage)
• Weekday call: 7 pm – 7 am
• Rounding on 8–9 patients Friday/Saturday; optional Sunday rounding

Responsibilities

• Approximately 5 new consults per week
• Daily rounding on 3–4 patients
• 100% adult inpatient population
• Leave coverage provided
• No outpatient or inpatient procedures required
