- Collaborate with support staff and mid-level providers
Qualifications
- Board Certified or eligible (certified within 3 years)
- Active Michigan license
- DEA certification
- BLS
- At least 1 year of primary care experience
- Available full-time Monday-Thursday
- Local to Michigan
- Recent NPDB report
