About the role

• 2 days per week (flexible on days worked, with potential to increase)
• 15–22 patients per day, depending on SNF census
• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Open to internal medicine or family medicine (adults only)
• Standard primary care SNF procedures required
• Regulatory visits: MD responsible for every other 60-day visit
• Hospital privileges required
• Minimum 1-year locums or temp-to-perm commitment required
