About the role

This position involves scheduled clinical hours plus call coverage with a 1:2 call ratio and a 20-minute call response time required. Rounding is required for both inpatient and outpatient settings, and hospital privileges are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage 17 patient encounters expected per shift
• Handle average of 2 phone consults per shift
• Provide rounding coverage for both inpatient and outpatient care
• Maintain required call coverage with 1:2 ratio
