Locum Physician - Family Practice (with or without OB)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional for a locums assignment, providing coverage in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Seeing patients of all ages
• Managing an average of 16‑18 patients daily
• Adhering to hospital privileges
• Credentialing and privileging processes
• Ensuring comprehensive malpractice coverage
• Coordinating travel and housing arrangements

Requirements

• Possess relevant hospital privileges
• Capable of handling diverse patient cases

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently

Pay

Compensation ranges from $120.00 to $145.00 hourly, inclusive of base pay, overtime, call, and holiday pay, influenced by experience and position needs.

Schedule

Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm, five days a week; assignment length (leave coverage) of 3 to 6 months.
