Schedule

• Monday - Friday, normal outpatient clinic hours
• No weekend coverage
• Approximately 12 scheduled patients per day

Responsibilities

• VA outpatient primary care clinic
• Member of VA Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT)
• Chronic disease management – hypertension, diabetes, CAD, PTSD, depression
• Preventive care including physicals, screenings, immunizations, wellness visits
• Acute care – respiratory illness, wounds, dermatology, ENT, GI conditions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent primary care experience
