About the role
4 days per week with one late night shift from 10-7.
21-24 patients per day at a community health clinic.
Must be comfortable prescribing birth control and providing pregnancy options counseling.
Coverage for full assignment length is preferred.
Handles an all-age patient population.
Hospital privileges are required.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with patients
- Prescribe birth control
- Provide pregnancy options counseling
- Treat patients of all ages
- Manage a caseload of 21-24 patients per day
Requirements
- Must be comfortable prescribing birth control
- Must be comfortable with pregnancy options counseling
- Full assignment length coverage preferred
- Experience with all age patient populations
- Hospital privileges required
Qualifications
- Board certified in Family Medicine
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Knowledge of birth control and pregnancy options counseling
