An Emergency Medicine Physician is needed for locums assistance in Andalusia, AL. The position involves providing care in an outpatient practice setting with 24-hour anesthesia, surgery, lab, orthopedic, and radiology support. The schedule includes 50 patients per shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
• Manage patient flow and ensure timely care delivery
• Perform procedures as necessary and within scope of practice
• Stay updated on emergency medicine protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• A current medical license in good standing
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in emergency medicine
• Experience with outpatient settings preferred
