About the role

Inpatient and outpatient — adult cardiovascular surgery
Full scope CT surgery required — cardiac and thoracic
CABG, AVR, MVR, TAVR, aortic dissection, carotid endarterectomy, and more
EMR: Cerner

Responsibilities

• Average 15 patients to round on daily — rounding takes 2 to 4 hours
• 35 outpatient appointments on clinic days
• Average 15 patients to round on daily — rounding takes 2 to 4 hours
• Fewer than 10 calls per 24-hour shift — typically 0 to 2 hours of callback

Requirements

• Full scope CT surgery required — cardiac and thoracic
• CABG, AVR, MVR, TAVR, aortic dissection, carotid endarterectomy, and more

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Surgery
• Current CAQH credentials
