Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; weeknight and weekend call required.
Call rotation: 1 – 3 remote shifts.
Daily patient load: 10 – 20 inpatient patients.
Responsibilities
- Manage hospital medicine admissions (cardiology consults handled by cardiology service).
- Serve as first-call responder (APPs take initial call; MD callbacks are remote and do not require in-person presence).
- Perform nuclear cardiology, transthoracic echocardiography (TTE), transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), and diagnostic catheterization.
Requirements
- Nuclear cardiology, TTE, TEE, and diagnostic cath proficiency.
- Experience with Epic EMR.
