Locum | Physician Anesthesiology

About the role

Seeking an Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens opportunity in Eau Claire, WI.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for 2 - 10 patients per shift in a hospital setting.
• Utilize ultrasound-guided blocks including brachial plexus and lower extremity blocks.
• Support OB and OR procedures with CRNA assistance.
• Participate in an ongoing coverage need with a 1:3 call rotation schedule.
• Required to perform OB anesthesiology services.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted license to practice anesthesiology in Wisconsin.
• Experience in obstetric anesthesia is preferred.
• Ultrasound guidance skills are required.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ultrasound-guided block techniques.
• OB anesthesia expertise.
