About the role
This role involves providing inpatient pediatric care, nursery coverage, and attending high-risk deliveries with a focus on covering approximately 500 deliveries annually.
Responsibilities
- Manage primary C-section rates under 15% and total rates under 20%
- Participate in high-risk deliveries
- Provide 24-hour call coverage (not in-house) in increments of 15 days per month, including weekends and holidays
Requirements
- NRP and PALS certifications
- Experience in pediatrics, neonatal resuscitation, and high-risk obstetric care
