About the role

This role involves providing healthcare services in a home health setting with a focus on neonatal care.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of 15-20 patients daily
• Caring for 1-3 babies in a nursery
• Participating in emergency department consults
• Patient assessment, treatment, and coordination of care
• Call screening prior to provider contact
• Shared hospital call duty (1 in 4)

Qualifications

• Level 1 nursery experience
• Relevant neonatal or nursery experience
• Ability to work in a home health environment

Pay

Competitive hourly rates ranging from $125.00 to $150.00, encompassing base pay and potential additional earnings such as overtime and call pay.
