Locum Pathologist

About the role

This position involves providing pathology services, including general anatomic and clinical pathology, with responsibilities such as analyzing 40-60 blocks daily, rounding on assigned patients, and maintaining hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

• Perform pathology duties in a hospital setting
• Rounding on patients as assigned
• Manage a workload of 40-60 blocks per day
• Respond to beeper calls every other weekend within 15 minutes

• General anatomic and clinical pathology skills
• Hospital privileges required
• Strong clinical and laboratory skills

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with additional weekend call responsibilities.
