About the role
We are seeking a qualified Doctor of Medicine in Otolaryngology to provide coverage across multiple facilities in Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour shift coverage in operating room and emergency room settings.
- Respond to surgical and emergency ENT requests and perform procedures as needed.
- Manage a patient load of 5–8 patients per day, primarily adults.
- Complete all clinical documentation through the EPIC EMR system.
- Participate in beeper call with a 1:4 call ratio.
Qualifications and Skills
- Board certification in Otolaryngology.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Experience with surgical and emergency ENT procedures.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Work environment
- On-site work at three facilities supported by dedicated support staff.
- Engagement in diverse clinical settings involving both OR and ER procedures.
