Locum Obstetrics Gynecologist

About the role

This role involves providing outpatient and inpatient obstetric and gynecological care, working alongside OB/GYNs, advanced practice providers (APPs), and certified nurse midwives. The position requires a commitment of at least two weeks on/off, with a preference for full-time work, and typically involves seeing around 20 patients per shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage low and high-risk obstetric (OB) cases
• Perform surgical gynecological procedures
• Support ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals
• Participate in surgical procedures, outpatient clinics, and hospital settings
• Ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications

• Relevant medical licenses
• Experience in obstetrics and gynecology
• Proficiency in laparoscopic and surgical procedures
