About the role
Seeking an experienced MD to provide obstetric and gynecologic care in an on-site emergency room setting.
Responsibilities
- Cover obstetric and gynecologic cases during 24-hour shifts.
- Manage a patient volume of 0-3 births per shift.
- Maintain continuous availability for all assigned cases.
- Complete all patient records using EPIC EMR.
Work environment
On-site ER with a structured 1:2 call ratio, supporting women’s health needs in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
- Board certification is negotiable.
- Relevant obstetric and gynecologic experience.
- Ability to work 24-hour shifts with call coverage.
- Strong clinical skills in managing adult women’s health cases.
Key duties
- Provide obstetric and gynecologic care in an ER environment.
- Manage patient cases efficiently and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain continuous availability during assigned shifts.
