Key Responsibilities
- Conducting 5 to 8 assessments daily, primarily Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Providing patient-focused care in a flexible, provider-driven schedule.
- Participating in assessments that involve health history, physical exams, and health education.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in DE.
- National certification and active NPI.
- CQAH profile.
