About the role
This role involves providing inpatient neurological care in a stroke-certified hospital with a designated Stroke Team.
Responsibilities
- Round on assigned patients
- Manage approximately five urgent outpatient consults weekly
- Perform EEGs (EMG, NCV, and evoked potentials preferred)
- Provide coverage for leave
- Online time entry and assignment management
Schedule
12-hour shifts from Friday through Thursday, 7 am to 7 pm.
Qualifications
- Stroke Certification
- Relevant neurophysiological skills
- Detail-oriented and adaptable
- Capable of managing high-pressure neurological cases
