Locum Interventional Cardiologist

About the role

This role involves providing general inpatient and outpatient cardiology services, including echo, stress tests, EKG, and nuclear procedures. You will manage a patient load of approximately 16 patients daily in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide general inpatient and outpatient cardiology services
• Perform echo, stress tests, EKG, and nuclear procedures
• Manage a daily patient load of approximately 16 patients in a clinic setting
• Complete online documentation and time entry
• Participate in day shifts, call, and weekend call duties

Requirements

• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in cardiology
• ACLS certification
• Credentialing and DEA licensing
• Willingness to wait for licensure
• Preparedness for credentialing and licensing processes to begin practicing
