Locum Interventional Cardiologist

About the role

Provide urgent inpatient cardiology coverage with a focus on interventional and general cardiology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct call coverage, perform scheduled procedures, and manage varying patient volumes with some rounding.
• Support includes APP assistance Monday through Friday.
• Maintain high-quality patient care during ongoing coverage periods and long weekends.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in interventional and general cardiology.
• Ability to handle inpatient workload and flexibility for urgent coverage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Duties

• Deliver specialized cardiology services.
• Manage patient cases.
• Coordinate with APP support.
• Ensure smooth workflow during assigned shifts.
