Locum Hematology/Oncology Physician

About the role

Provide outpatient care including new consultations and follow-up visits, oversee treatment plans, and ensure quality patient management. No inpatient duties or call responsibilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care including new consultations and follow-up visits
• Oversee treatment plans and ensure quality patient management
• Conduct outpatient consultations
• Manage treatment oversight
• Collaborate within a trauma level 4 setting

Requirements & Skills

• Board certification
• Active Wisconsin license
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Ability to work on-site two days per week
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient oncology/hematology and patient care

Schedule

• Work hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm, with a lunch break
• Ongoing coverage
• Approximately 15-16 PPD
• No inpatient or call responsibilities
