Key Responsibilities
- Managing a patient caseload with 15-18 patients daily, including 2-4 new consults
- Providing comprehensive adult hematology and oncology services, with a case mix of 30% hematology and 70% oncology
- Delivering care in a primarily outpatient setting, with some inpatient work
- Handling a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a 1:4 call rotation
Qualifications And Skills
- Medical license and board certification in Hematology and Oncology
- Experience managing adult hematology and oncology cases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
