Locum Gastroenterologist

Seeking a full-time physician with expertise in IBD, biologic use, and fibro scan reading. Responsibilities include managing 15-17 cases daily, primarily focused on IBD patients, with a strong emphasis on adenoma detection rate. Must have hospital privileges, experience with biologics, and knowledge of fibro scans. Role involves providing patient care Monday through Friday with on-call duties, and includes paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing expenses. Additional duties include online documentation of assignment details and time entry. Ideal candidates possess strong diagnostic skills, clinical experience in IBD, and familiarity with endoscopic procedures. Support includes 24-hour access to a dedicated healthcare consultant.
