Physician Needs

A locum Family Medicine MD/DO is needed for the Summer and Fall months in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

Start and Leave of Absence (LOA)

Start date: Monday, July 6, 2026. LOA options: 3 or 6 month contracts available.

Credentialing

Credentialing process takes 3-4 weeks.

Schedule

• 4 10-hour days
• Visiting 2 sites (3 days at one site, 1 day at the other)
• Sites are within close driving distance to each other

Procedures

Basic bread and butter family medicine outpatient procedures.

Patient Volume

20 patients per day.

Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

EPIC system used.

Licenses and Certifications

• BC or BE certification
• DEA license
• BLS certification required

Support Staff

LPNs, RNs, LCSWs work alongside the medical director and other MDs & NPs.

Expenses

Housing provided: 2-bedroom apartment with full kitchen.

Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
