Locum Electrophysiologist

About the role

This role involves providing specialized cardiology services, including cardiac ablations, permanent pacemaker placement, and AICD/ICD procedures. The position offers ongoing assignment opportunities, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Managing both inpatient and outpatient cases, with admissions required
• Seeing approximately 18-25 patients per shift

Schedule

The schedule typically comprises 3 procedure days and 2 clinic days weekly, with a flexible outpatient presence. Call duties are scheduled at 1:3 on weekends, covering 7 am to 7 am.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrophysiology procedures
• Excellent patient management skills
• Ability to handle both inpatient and outpatient cases
