Locum Electrophysiologist

About the role

Seeking a qualified physician for outpatient electrophysiology (EP) services.

Responsibilities

• Perform device implantations on lab days
• Manage 16-18 outpatient patients daily
• Conduct follow-ups and procedure consultations
• Four clinic days (8 am - 5 pm) and one lab day (7 am - 5 pm)
• Emergency in-person weekend call
• Friday evening telephone call
• Online documentation
• Provide 24-hour access to a dedicated consultant
• Participate in emergency call rotations

Requirements

• Board certification is mandatory

Skills

• Strong clinical expertise in EP procedures
• Patient management
• Ability to handle device implantations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $320.00 to $412.00, based on experience and other factors.
