Locum CRNA

About the role

Locum tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position near Brimley, Michigan. The role is 85% outpatient and 15% inpatient, primarily surgical or endoscopic procedures, with OB cases including labor epidurals and cesarean sections.

Independence is required during regular hours and on-call shifts. Off-site call coverage is expected approximately once a month on weekends and once every five weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Perform OR and call duties
• Collaborate with an anesthesiologist
• Administer spinals, epidurals, venous and arterial lines
• Handle outpatient and inpatient surgical/endoscopic procedures
• Manage OB cases, including labor epidurals and cesarean sections

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a CRNA, including spinals, epidurals, venous and arterial lines
• Active Michigan license
• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NBCRNA
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR and dictation tools
• Case logs of at least 75 procedures within the last year
