Locum CRNA

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide comprehensive anesthesia services across multiple facilities in a busy hospital environment. You will perform anesthesia for diverse surgical specialties including general, orthopedic, obstetric, and pediatric cases.

Manage cases during 10-12 hour shifts, working across 22 anesthesia rooms with MD supervision. Operate in a 1:4 staff-to-patient ratio, utilizing Epic charting systems in a hospital setting. Provide 100% hands-on anesthesia care without overtime requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform anesthesia for a wide range of surgical procedures, including general, orthopedic, obstetric, and pediatric cases.
• Manage anesthesia cases during 10-12 hour shifts across 22 anesthesia rooms.
• Provide hands-on anesthesia care in a 1:4 staff-to-patient ratio.
• Utilize Epic charting systems for documentation.
• Work collaboratively in a supervised setting where anesthesiologists may also perform cases.

Requirements

• Current Virginia licensure as a CRNA (or eligibility).
• Board certification as a CRNA.
