Locum Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

About the role

Locum tenens internal medicine physician needed for vacation coverage on a Monday–Friday schedule with a 2-week on/off rotation. The position involves managing 22 patient encounters daily, including 2–3 new patients, in an adolescent inpatient unit for ages 12 and up. An internal medicine doctor is available onsite for medical issues, and hospital privileges are required. The average length of stay is 7.5 to 9 days.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 1 year of post-residency experience
• Hospital privileges
