Job Details

- Shift Coverage: Scheduled + No Call
- Shift Schedule: Standard 5, 8-Hour 07:00 - 15:00

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgery, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative anesthesia management and postoperative pain management.
- Collaborate with surgeons, surgical teams and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic plans as needed.
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care interventions.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
- Stay current on the latest advancements in anesthesia practice through continuing education.

Qualifications
- Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited CRNA program.
- License: Active and unencumbered advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) license in Ohio.
- Certification: National certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Experience: Most locum CRNA positions prefer candidates with at least one year of experience in a clinical anesthesia setting.
